Description
This piece is meant to be a birthday card.
An exotic bird named Philip dons an ultra long wizard-like birthday hat. He flies through the sky with his absurdly showy tail, a tail that is hard to ignore with its many swirls, and directions. In fact, the tail is bigger than the body of the bird and has a confetti-like appearance. He is such a wild looking party animal that his main purpose seems to be wishing children a happy birthday (and a few adults too who can appreciate his wild appearance ... and let's face it: who wouldn't want a crazy party bird or two at their birthday party?).
Symbolism:
* exotic bird: a sign of freedom of thinking, harmony, ideas and joy, the "exotic" part of them refers to the unusual. Since this one is donned to be a party bird, he is particularly wild, free and creative.
* hat: thoughts, opinions, perspectives, traditions, lessons, social hierarchy, role in life.
* unusual birthday hat: a feeling of special-ness, fun, light-heartedness, a new period, celebrating achievements, not taking life too seriously, letting the child within have some joy and attention
