For this design, I was going for a muted look with some texture and an eggshell white background. It is probably my favorite of the series (yes, this is part of a series to bring you as many choices that I can).
Dark purple paisley flowers emerge from a striped border in salmon pink. In the center of the piece is a diamond shape with swirls and purple polka dots. The diamond shape has at least two borders, if not three. Lighter green is on the inside and darker green is on the outside.
If you are using this piece for home decor, I have taken off my signature in the lower right of most home decor products (pillows, duvets, blankets, etc), but left it on for other products.

I have a bachelor's degree in Studio Art and a masters degree in Art Education. I used to be an art teacher and taught grades K - 12. In order to teach art in the public schools, I needed to learn a lot of mediums. I have carried this into my art studio as well, painting in one area of the studio and making altered digital photographs in another part of the studio.
