This design is about Spring blossoms. Yellow and white flowers dominate, but there are also red dots throughout the background, perhaps referencing berries. All of the plants are "Spring green" too.
I made this design for home décor products, particularly pillows, duvets, blankets, shower curtains, and perhaps a matching canvas print for the wall too.
Symbolically periwinkle and light purple represent everlasting love, memories and solid friendships. There is a coolness about the color, one that you see in winter, so it carries with it the serenity of winter. What is on top is the opposite: Spring and the new: new growth, new adventures, and an innocence.
The diamond shape represents the earth, particularly since it is brown too.
For some reason, I associate this particular design and the colors with "Sisters on the Fly".
To match the background, the periwinkle purple towards the edges is: #a178e0
The periwinkle purple in the center is: #c9b6f8
This is my own original design and coloring.
