Description
This photo was taken in late October near Halloween. All of the leaves have come down, but you do see a few orange ones just barely hanging on. The grass is so heavy that it lays flat in mounds. The weeds blow in the distance.
The sun is slanting pretty drastically by then.
Below the meadow and beyond the trees lies a little valley where the grass is still green. There are also some low hills in the distance.
This photograph was taken at the end of the leaf peeping season. All of the tourists have now gone home.
Still it is a beautiful time of year.
In November, everything turns to heathers and browns. The colors become more muted. For now, there is still some green grass.
The photo was taken in Saratoga County, NY, USA.
This is my own original work.
