Featured is a French inspired symmetrical design with a periwinkle blue background (blue with just a tad of purple), white lilies, two dark green and mint colored birds, coleus leaves, some weeds, and mint leaves. The birds walk upon the mint leaves. There are also white dots throughout.
This piece is from a small original painting on wood (a plaque). The small original painting is for sale at the time of this listing.

About Lise Winne
I have a bachelor's degree in Studio Art and a masters degree in Art Education. I used to be an art teacher and taught grades K - 12. In order to teach art in the public schools, I needed to learn a lot of mediums. I have carried this into my art studio as well, painting in one area of the studio and making altered digital photographs in another part of the studio.
