This is the second and very altered version of "Silly Face in a Checkered Shirt Sitting Surrounded by a Purple Fantasy", except this one is macabre and shows him as a skeleton surrounded by black instead of purple, whereas the first one is light-hearted and fun. This one is a bit more like Halloween and might make a good present or statement for Halloween.
