I always liked red and turquoise together and I thought I would attempt a patterned piece with red and turquoise together. Then I thought it might be best to break up the red with some fuchsia (which is till in the same ballpark as all of the red), plus some green and whites to have places where the eye can rest.
All of it is glowing a bit.

I have a bachelor's degree in Studio Art and a masters degree in Art Education. I used to be an art teacher and taught grades K - 12. In order to teach art in the public schools, I needed to learn a lot of mediums.
