This design is subtle in that the green and turquoise are very close to each other on the color wheel (analogous). In this case the green is a little lighter than the turquoise. At any rate, the color scheme is laid back, and much more calm-inducing than energy inducing. The design might be good for a home environment or medical environment where peace is sought.
In terms of symbolism and how colors make us feel, green is the color of growth, subtle growth, and turquoise is the color of spirituality and depth. White is the color of purity and innocence, and yellow is the color of thoughts and joy. The diamond shape often represents earth, and in this case it is also brown, an earth color. Diamonds are also supposed to mean protection from wind.
