This piece is part of a series I made. The original is more of a millefleurs design with a dark green background. For this alternative, I worked hard on a wintry effect for the garden, where the bubbles in the background look like snow, and where the plants look dormant. There are, however, two small white butterflies in this piece, so it is not all about winter.
These specific designs were meant for home decor products like pillows, a duvet cover, perhaps a matching canvas print too. There are options and products to choose from in this listing.

This piece has a denim blue background, and mostly white foliage with some rust colored plants here and there.
I have a bachelor's degree in Studio Art and a masters degree in Art Education. I used to be an art teacher and taught grades K - 12. In order to teach art in the public schools, I needed to learn a lot of mediums. I have carried this into my art studio as well, painting in one area of the studio and making altered digital photographs in another part of the studio.
