Description
This is a farm in upstate NY after everything has been harvested and the weeds are allowed to grow. Sometimes you want the weeds to grow because there are still flowers on some of them for the bees. The bees are necessary to pollinate the crops for the next season.
These are two separate farms with several different kinds of crops. The rows make a kind of natural layering and then there is a hill in the background to add to the final layering.
It is the end of the season, which means the harvest has been done, and the food put by for the long winter.
The adjoining farms are in Saratoga County, NY near the Vermont border.
This is my own original photography.
